How to request
Email support@anythingsimply.com from your registered email. Please include your Stripe Transaction ID.
Processing time
Refunds are processed within 24 hours. Funds typically appear back on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Eligibility
- Applicable only to the first month of a new Pro or Team subscription.
- Requests must be made within 168 hours of the transaction.
