AnythingSimply ("we", "us", or "our") is a global tool dedicated to making knowledge accessible by simplifying complex information. We are committed to protecting your personal data and your privacy.
2. What We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name and email address when you create an account. We also collect the text, documents, and topics you submit for simplification.
3. How We Use It
We use your information to provide our services, maintain your account, and improve our AI simplification models. Crucially, your text inputs are processed via the Google Gemini API to generate explanations. We do not use your data to train our own models without explicit consent.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Google Cloud Infrastructure (Firebase). Documents uploaded for analysis (PDFs, Word docs) are automatically deleted from our cloud storage after 24 hours of processing.
5. No Sale of Data
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.
6. Your Rights
Under GDPR (Europe) and the India DPDP Act, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can manage most of this directly through your account dashboard or by contacting us.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use tracking cookies for third-party advertising.
